Presenting a Fabulous Culinary Evening at The 24th Great Chefs of Hong Kong

The Great Chefs of Hong Kong is back to delight foodies on Thursday, 12 May 2016 at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Tickets are now on sale from HKD880 per person at www.heephong.org/greatchefs/.

A celebration of Hong Kong’s culinary greats, this unique dining experience showcases premium signature cuisine from the city’s top restaurants and chefs. The annual fundraising event brings together top chefs and patrons in support of Heep Hong Society, a leading organisation dedicated to helping children with special needs achieve their full potential and support families against life challenges. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Society’s Parents Resource Centres, where 4,000 children and their families received timely and holistic support every year.
 
This year’s line-up brings together worldwide cuisine from over 40 Hong Kong’s favourite dining destinations together in one venue, with participants including Coyote Bar & Grill, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Harbour Grand Hong Kong, Namo Avant Thai, Porterhouse by Laris, The Beach House, The Mira Hong Kong and The Peninsula Boutique, to name just a few.

Signature dishes form nearly 50 restaurants and a seat at Tiffin Lounge.   Perfect for those looking for a more intimate dining experience and includes additional exclusive tastings from some of the city’s best chefs.
